Springtime Ballymagarvey Village Wedding Ceremony

Here is a quick snapshot of Aisling and Ted’s Ballymagarvey Village Wedding Ceremony last April.

Ballymagarvey Village Wedding Ceremony

Ballymagarvey Village as I’ve previously written about is one of those gems of a wedding venue close to Dublin. No surprises that it books out well in advance and its a location that all wedding photographers enjoy to work in. That said it was obvious that I was more than happy to photograph Aisling and Ted’s wedding there in April. A lovely couple who friend’s wedding I also shot the previous year.

Everything was on site for this amazing day. Both bride and groom got ready in Ballymagarvey and their civil ceremony was held in the upstairs converted barn.

With it’s wonderful grounds, jetty, lake, stone walls and tree-lined shady spots there are ample photo opportunities to work in. Aisling and Ted were a fab couple to photograph. naturally relaxed and fun to work with meant that my time with them absolutely went in a flash. Time is generally of the essence though with wedding photography. Therefore we couldn’t spend too long before letting the bride and groom free to mingle amongst their guests.

Dinner, speeches, a few quick night-time shots with the couple before the first dance which then concluded my day.

Beautiful venue that really looks after its guests and suppliers. Thank you to both Aisling and Ted for booking me to be their documentary wedding photographer. Also a big thanks to all the staff at Ballymagarvey Village for looking after me.

Here are a few shots from their day.
